We are in a family-run structure, without continuous reception service. Therefore, guests are required to communicate your arrival time at least one day in advance.
A valid identity document must be presented
We accept children from 14 years old.
Check-in is from 2 to 7 pm. In case of early or late arrival, the time will be agreed at the time of booking.
Check-out, for departing guests, is before 10.30.
Upon arrival, the room keys, a badge for the use of utilities and a remote control for opening the gate will be delivered and must be returned at the time of departure.
In case of loss, the following must be compensated: keys € 15, badge € 15, remote control € 30.
The breakfast buffet will be served from 8 am to 10 am every morning.
The room is cleaned every day. The change of towels in the bathrooms is daily. The change of sheets is every three days.
Smoking is forbidden. It is only allowed outside or in the garden.

Rental bike.
It is open from 8.00 to 19.00 and can be used by customers only during their stay.
The kitchen in the equipped areas must be left as on arrival.
Keep all indoor and outdoor environments tidy. Any damage caused to the structure and / or improper use of the complementary equipment must be compensated.
The two bottles of water in the room upon arrival are free. The other drinks are paid.
